	I'll remove the opensysusers.initd from nonsystemd/openrc because it has nothing to do there, and also opentmpfiles btw, as both opensysusers and opentmpfiles are supposed to replace systemd's sysusers and tmpfiles, I decided to leave the symlinks inside the packages instead of splitting them Signed-off-by: David P <megver83@parabola.nu>
