I was doing too much things at the same time so I forgot to check if
armv7h had libportal-gtk3, and it does have it.

By putting their dependencies inside their respective package() function, those deps are not installed at build, hence allowing me to build them indenpendently of openrc

While the package is well documented for potential users (the pkgdesc
field is clear enough), it has almost zero documentation for potential
contributors, and the fact that pkgdesc is generated doesn't help
making it use clear.
This adds some documentation to help maintenance, and also documents
some use cases, as a potential user can easily understand why to use
or not use such kernel, but this can be less clear to contributors
wanting to modify/remove/replace the package in ways that could break
these use cases.

Remove fast-prng and useragent patches because they are not in the abslibre repo nor in the updstream PKGBUILD (AUR)
Also as I2P is a privacy program blending with the crowd is most likely preferred.
Left the i2p.init but that should probably be split out into its own openrc-i2p package so as to not polute systemd installs with openrc inits.
